電影觀賞: The Imitation Game 解碼遊戲

剛看過由老婆推介的《解碼遊戲》

圖靈(1912 - 1954) 是電腦的發明者，亦是個有名的同性戀者，在當年的封蔽社會上，同性戀是在法律上的一種罪，亦令到這位在二次大戰中破解德國的密碼機的無名英雄走上自殺之路。在我們家中的電腦以至手機或母一個家電中的微電子，如果沒有圖靈的團隊在為盟軍破解密碼機的努力，或許我今天仍未能在這blog中寫上今天的事。

亦在此向圖靈先生致敬。

朋友狂想曲(二)

這陣子，公司有一比我年青數年的小兄弟常找我吃飯。我其實跟他不熟，卻常找我吹水。或者我人緣好吧，也感謝我那些小魚兒。

小兄弟是個教徒，也是個對時事熱充的人，我倆小說公司事，多說社會人物

偶爾也會想小跟他接觸，始終工作如歡場，都是沒有真愛的。

笑容背後藏著的不一定是好東西

有時候，當我弄得知道朋友們在說謊的時候，我知道，我道行不足了。大慨的是如果我不知道事實的真相，恐怕我就是信了。人是種多可怕的生物啊，大慨在我快到三十的年紀，謊話常發生的。有更可怕的就是像NLP般的植入，反增加了人與人之間的不互信。我算是簡單的人，但也得學點武功，免成為謊話的受害者。

煮食筆記: 蓮藕綠豆煲豬骨

娘親的蓮藕綠豆煲豬骨

四人份(8碗)

材料:
綠豆4兩(5蚊)
豬骨斤半(33蚊)
蓮藕10兩至一斤
果皮一塊
蜜棗幾粒
蠔士幾粒


1. 先泡綠豆,果皮,蜜棗,蠔士, 半小時至一小時
2. 豬骨汆水，用水沖洗
3. 大煲加入十二至十三碗水，加入所有材料
4. 大火至水滾，轉細火繼續慢滾
5. 放入真空煲煲二至三小時以上
6. 臨食再大火至湯滾
7. 飲得啖湯

行馬鞍山

在我的友人口中，馬鞍山是一難度很高的一個山，徙經吊手岩大金鐘，很多部份都是連行帶爬的。過程艱辛，但過去的事永遠是容易的。也感謝我有這一堆朋友，令我征服了香港各個難行的山。
