煮食筆記: 蓮藕綠豆煲豬骨

娘親的蓮藕綠豆煲豬骨

四人份(8碗)

材料:
綠豆4兩(5蚊)
豬骨斤半(33蚊)
蓮藕10兩至一斤
果皮一塊
蜜棗幾粒
蠔士幾粒


1. 先泡綠豆,果皮,蜜棗,蠔士, 半小時至一小時
2. 豬骨汆水，用水沖洗
3. 大煲加入十二至十三碗水，加入所有材料
4. 大火至水滾，轉細火繼續慢滾
5. 放入真空煲煲二至三小時以上
6. 臨食再大火至湯滾
7. 飲得啖湯

行馬鞍山

在我的友人口中，馬鞍山是一難度很高的一個山，徙經吊手岩大金鐘，很多部份都是連行帶爬的。過程艱辛，但過去的事永遠是容易的。也感謝我有這一堆朋友，令我征服了香港各個難行的山。

小投資還得把數計好，得失也得入帳，計算出一個穩健的投資策略

溜冰

時光飛快，原來我就快三十了。早前跟朋友說想溜冰，就是自己沒有做過的事，又或者說自己年輕時沒有做過的事。倒下了很多次，但靠自己站起來，也算是在自己人生加上一個小剔號。

四驅小子

早陣子，流行上四驅車這種成人玩意

四驅車，風行近三十年，曾迷上的，年紀漸長

在數年前我買了數盒四驅車作收藏，想著大時可拿出來玩

陳奕信也有句「多好玩的東西，早晚會放低」

多好玩的都會成為過去，留下的是回憶，到今年也年近三十，想一下回憶的味道，回憶卻不是重新體驗，只要放在心中已很好。

在這個心態加上四驅車升值不少，前前後後我已把手上六盒四驅車出售，當中一盒也賣了天價的$500 港元。

心態變了，或者玩四驅車不是一件很有型的事，又或者留兩個錢跟我娘飲多兩餐茶更好。

最後有留下的，應該是我第一架的擇星者吧
